Weekly planning

Dinner Menu:

Mon: leftover pork tacos, grilled zucchini

Tues: Salad and spaghetti squash with marinara

Wed: sushi and miso

Thurs: enriched pasta with lots of green veggies

Fri: zucchini cakes, grilled greek chicken with tzatzikki sauce from what’s for dinner

Sat: veggie stiry fry

Sun: play by ear

How last week went: how long has it been since I updated this…blah!

Exercising:

Mon: Run 2 x 1 7 times walk it out, push weight training, at home ab work

second workout: 30 squats, 20 lunges, aggressive gardening for 2 1/2 hours

Tues: Bike 50 minutes  pull weight training (I got 12 miles WOO)

Second workout: Abs, 20 lunges, aggressive gardening for 2 hours

Wed: Run 3 x 1 6 times walk it out, push weight training,

second workout: Abs, quick turbo jam

Thurs: Trying a class I will do this! This seems to really freak me out since I keep avoiding it! full weight training

second workout: run 2 x 1 eight times,

Fri: bike 50 minutes, pull weight training

second workout: 20 lunges, 30 squats, lots and lots of cleaning to get ready for family

Sat: yoga video, ab work

Sun: stay active
